This week Performance Subaru and Subaru District Sales Manager Kelly Snow met with Durham Meals on Wheels along with NC Senator Floyd B. McKissick Jr. and Durham NC Mayor Steve Schewel to present Meals on Wheels with a brand new Subaru Outback. Senator McKissick had his Nikon D750 and was snapping photos left and right of Outback Jack and the Meals on Wheels staff and volunteers.
For this week’s Transformation Thursday, our management team walked through the buildings to see their new offices, sales showrooms, and service bays. Their excitement was palpable!
The new Southpoint location brings wonderful opportunities for the dealership, from growing the inventory to enhancing our staff. There will be so much more room on the lot and in the dealerships themselves that will bring state-of-the-art equipment for our staff and lounge facilities for our customers.

Our Time With Meals On Wheels
As a part of the Chapel Hill Community and the Subaru Share The Love event, Performance Subaru employees volunteered their time this past week to delivering meals with other volunteers from Meals on Wheels Chapel Hill-Carrboro. Hot meals were delivered to approximately 12-13 homes and the route took about an hour and a half to two hours. Our employees had so many wonderful things to say about their delivery experience.
Evolve With Us
Two weeks ago, we had the pleasure of touring our soon-to-be new dealership home at Hendrick Southpoint Auto Mall. The construction has come a long way in a short time, so we are shifting our Transformation Thursday focus from the exterior to the interior.
Subaru interior is being wired for electricity, has completed interior rooms and large expansive service bays.
It was very exciting to tour and see the progress!
