You'll have a one-on-one appointment at Hendrick Subaru Southpoint with a Subaru Star Delivery Specialist who will answer any questions you have and help you explore and customize your vehicle's systems.

His automotive journey began with a Ford Country Squire station wagon, a sizable vehicle that left a lasting impression with its blue exterior adorned with fake wood paneling. He affectionately describes it as a "boat," marking the start of his lifelong fascination with automobiles.
Since November 2022, Joseph has been an integral part of the Hendrick Subaru Southpoint team, where his wealth of experience and passion for automotive and creative pursuits find a harmonious intersection. He expresses genuine enthusiasm for his work, describing his time with the company as a rewarding experience.
Joseph is a true music enthusiast, he embraces both live and recorded performances, boasting an impressive vinyl record collection of approximately 2000 LPs. His musical talents shine through as he plays the bass guitar, guitar, and lends his vocals. Not content with just listening, Joseph has even recorded two CDs of original music with his previous band. In his leisure time, he delves into the world of vintage pinball machines, restoring and collecting these classic gaming treasures.

The Subaru Star Delivery Specialist, Your Vehicle Technology Expert.
Once you take ownership of your new Subaru, your Hendrick Subaru Southpoint Star Delivery Specialist will schedule a return to the retailer for a Love-Encore visit. This should take place within 14 to 60 days from your original delivery date. This is your opportunity to ask questions about your vehicle's features and functions. With the help of the Star Delivery Specialist, you will be confident understanding how your vehicle's technology enhances your driving experience.
Your specialist will explain and demonstrate how to use the systems seen on the right, plus many more, and set them up to work best for you. You will also learn about SUBARU STARLINKâ„¢ connected services and how to enroll. Please note this process may take about 30 to 60 minutes. The Star Delivery Specialist is your go-to contact for all of your technology questions before, during, and after taking ownership.
