2018 Subaru Crosstrek in Chapel Hill

Explore More--Without Breaking the Bank--In the All-New 2018 Subaru Crosstrek

Following the lead of the compact Subaru Impreza, the Subaru Crosstrek adopts the brand's new Global Platform, and is all-new for 2018. The new platform makes this Crosstrek a lighter, stronger, sturdier, and more comfortable option that its previous generation. Trim levels for the Crosstrek include the 2.0i Base, the 2.0i Premium, and the 2.0i Limited; it's one of the smallest trim-level selections in the entire lineup, but each model is packed with features.

The Well-Equipped Cabin Gives You a Lot

The new cabin of the redesigned 2018 Subaru Crosstrek is well-designed and centered on driver comfort. Even small included features like auto up/down windows and a clean driver info display make a big difference for the surprisingly premium feel of even the base model. Upgrade for options like leather upholstery, premium audio, and auto climate control.

A Whole New Exterior

On top of the new platform, the 2018 Subaru Crosstrek outfits itself in an all-new skin, with deeper character lines, a smoother roofline with raised roof rails that complement it, more aggressive wheel designs, and sleeker, sharper headlights. It's a new look that's perfect for the new model, and better represents just how sporty this crossover really is.

Subaru Capability and Efficient Performance

The 2018 Subaru Crosstrek comes standard with a 152-horsepower 2.0-liter four-cylinder engine, that pairs to a CVT on all models except the Base--but you can easily upgrade from the manual to the automatic. We'd love to see the Subaru Crosstrek someday add a turbocharged engine, similar to the Forester 2.0XT, but there's no way to tell if that will happen. We'll continue to cross our fingers. Like all Subaru SUVs, the new 2018 Crosstrek comes standard with Symmetrical All-Wheel Drive.

Technology and Safety in the New Crosstrek

This new small crossover is also smart as a whip--the new 2018 Crosstrek comes standard with a 6.5-inch touchscreen dashboard display, Apple CarPlay and Android Auto integration, Subaru STARLINK infotainment, and a rearview camera. EyeSight is available on both the Premium and Limited trims, and adds features like blind-spot detection and rear cross-traffic alert, and automatic high-beam headlights.
