On Saturday, March 18th, our Hendrick Subaru Southpoint team joined with our teachers and friends at the Public School Foundation 5K for Education. This is always such a great opportunity to support our teachers, our schools and our community. It was a fantastic fun-filled community event to promote health, fitness, and school spirit!

The Chapel Hill-Carrboro Public School Foundation (PSF) held their 10th annual 5k for Education. Since 1984, PSF has been committed to supporting students and teachers by generating funding for special projects, summer camps, supplies, and scholarships for teachers. The PSF has provided nearly $6 million to Chapel Hill and Carrboro public schools, allowing thousands of students to enjoy special programs and additional school supplies to encourage their learning.

Through the Subaru Loves Learning initiative, Subaru helps to build a better tomorrow by equipping the next generation with the knowledge they need to succeed. Hendrick Subaru Southpoint has been a proud sponsor for the 5k for Education since 2018 and we look forward to continuing to support our students and teachers in our community.
