The Hendrick Cares 2018 Spring Meal Drive is complete and our employees fed 250 families locally by purchasing non-perishable items that were paired with a pie and ham from Hendrick Automotive Group.  

 

In our previous blog, Our Employees Have the Giving Spirit By Feeding Families, we shared our kick-off celebration and our employees were given a #HendrickCares bag with a shopping list inside to make purchasing easier.  Several of our employees

Wednesday was a fun yet bittersweet day at Performance Subaru because it was our last luncheon as Performance Subaru.  As you all know, we will be moving to Southpoint on April 3rd and changing our name to Hendrick Subaru Southpoint.  While this is very exciting, it is also bittersweet because these walls have been home to many of our team members

Did you know an adult or child suffering from muscular dystrophy has issues that range from walking, talking to even breathing?  All the things many of us take for granted can become a difficult road for those who suffer from one of 43 neuromuscular diseases that fall under the muscular dystrophy umbrella.  

 

We, at Hendrick Subaru Southpoint, understand how painful and frustrating that must be especially to a child, so our Communications Director Jill McCullough has generously agreed to participate in the Chapel Hill MDA LockUp where she will spend March 21, 2018, behind bars working to raise

 

 

 

 

This was a busy week at Performance Subaru, on Wednesday, February 21, 2018, we hosted the American Red Cross Blood Drive that was open to our employees and to the public, and on Thursday we were host to our monthly employee luncheon.  

 

This was my first time organizing and coordinating the blood drive so I was not sure what to expect.  The American Red Cross does so many wonderful things, and I had the pleasure of being on a team with ARC coordinator, Stephen Latham.  He provided

 

This season of flu and winter colds partnered with the winter weather that has hit our area this season has created a critical need for the blood.  So Performance Subaru wants...

Spring is right around the corner and with that means the move to our new location is getting closer and closer.  The dealership is buzzing with "Destination Southpoint" as our client advisors, service advisors, and management staff, talk to our customers and to each other about the new location at Southpoint.

Today’s Transformation Thursday brings us on location with our Client Care Team.  It is always exciting for me to accompany the management staff and employees when they visit the new location for the first time.  There is much excitement and buzz in the air.  My weekly visits to photograph and video the transformation process of the building allows me to bring all of the wonderful progress to the staff and to you.

This week Performance Subaru and Subaru District Sales Manager Kelly Snow met with Durham Meals on Wheels along with  NC Senator Floyd B. McKissick Jr. and Durham NC  Mayor Steve Schewel  to present Meals on Wheels with a brand new Subaru Outback.  Senator McKissick had his Nikon D750 and was snapping photos left and right of Outback Jack and the Meals on Wheels staff and volunteers.
