What is the multi-point inspection?

It’s about providing that “Peace of Mind” to our clients at Performance Subaru. The multi-point inspection is a complimentary check that is performed by our technicians with every scheduled service visit. Its purpose is to identify any potential vehicle repair or maintenance need to ensure your vehicle is kept in top shape. This often includes a visual inspection of vital vehicle components underneath the vehicle and under the hood, as well as a battery test, top off any fluids, a complete tire check, which includes pressure, tread depth, and brake pad checks. Once the comprehensive inspection is complete, the service advisor will present the client with a “Know Your Vehicle” report. Performance Subaru wants our clients to know that it is important to leave with peace of mind. That is why we take the extra time analyzing your vehicle’s health and to make sure that it’s running at optimum levels. The inspection will help our clients better understand your vehicle’s performance and health, which are crucial for ensuring your safety when driving.

How do we give you “Peace of Mind?”

·       {C}Perform a world class visual inspection on your vehicle in every visit.

·       {C}Review your vehicle’s maintenance schedules and search our extensive database to uncover anything we believe you should know about your vehicle based on its odometer reading and time on the road

·       {C}Make recommendations and complete a Treatment Plan for your vehicle.

·       {C}Offer a complete easy to read and understandable report that enables you to make an educated decision for your vehicle’s service needs. Items on the report will be classified as follows:

Pass – Items are new or “like new” and do not require service at this time.

Caution – Items that are dirty or showing signs of wear and would benefit from being serviced soon.

Fail – Items that have either worn below minimum specifications are no longer doing what was designed to do and need to be repaired immediately. Red items might involve a safety concern, these items should be taken care of as soon as possible.
