The 2016 Performance Subaru Dog Show was an amazing success! This year we had over 50 dogs bring their families to the show. The cars were cleared out of the new and pre-owned showroom, and people from all over the Chapel Hill, Durham, Raleigh, Cary, Apex and the rest of the Triangle Area. Santa was the bark of the showroom and took some really good photos with some of the dogs. After talking with him, apparently steak and bones is high on the want list this year! (Hint, hint to the puppy parents.)
Our judges had an extremely difficult time choosing a winner in each one of the categories. Each pup is wonderful in their own way, and they all deserved to take home a trophy. Unfortunately, there could only be one winner in each group and here they are.
Small Dog: Suby-Rue
Large Dog: Baci
Best Dressed: Nellie Belle and Allie Mae
Face Only a Mother Could Love: Lucie
Best in Show: Baci
People’s Choice: Gage

Not only did these furry stars win a trophy, they also won some cash prizes. Some of the dogs realized how lucky they are to have a forever family, so they decided to share their winnings with Paws4ever! (Nellie and Allie shared the money with the rescue that saved them, the Basset Hound Rescue.) These families really know how to Share the Love! All together we were able to raise $1000 dollars for Paws4ever.
