The Crosstrek Hybrid Returns for 2019

We were sad when the Subaru Crosstrek Hybrid was discontinued a few years ago--only about two years after it was first released.

But, that just means that we're all the more excited to see a brand-new 2019 Subaru Crosstrek Plug-In Hybrid coming this year. This will be Subaru's first plug-in hybrid (the first Crosstrek Hybrid couldn't be charged externally) and the most-efficient Crosstrek model ever.

Learn more about the all-new 2019 Crosstrek Hybrid, or contact Hendrick Subaru Southpoint to place your pre-order so that you can get yours early.

Perfect for Commuting or Adventuring

Even without a full charge, the mild-hybrid 2019 Crosstrek system can see up to 35 mpg combined--with a full charge, that leaps up to an incredible 90 MPG equivalent.

Switch to an all-electric mode, and the Crosstrek Hybrid can cruise for up to 17 miles on EV power alone. That makes it an incredible option for the Durham or Raleigh commuter who has a shorter commute, or has the ability to charge up during the work day at their office.

A total 480-mile range, standard Symmetrical All-Wheel Drive, and standard roof rails means that the 2019 Crosstrek Hybrid is more than just a commuter crossover--it's ready for adventure. This SUV is one of the most capable hybrid cars on the market, with 8.7 inches of ground clearance and X-MODE with Hill Descent Control.

Smarts for Days

Handsome, efficient, and smart? The 2019 Subaru Crosstrek Hybrid comes out swinging. StarDrive Electric Vehicle Technology optimizes power between the engine and the electric motor; a household plug-in charger means that you can easily juice up overnight; a smartphone app lets you schedule and manage charging, and even set interior temperatures; standard Subaru EyeSight driver-assistance safety features puts this hybrid SUV a step above all the rest.

Keep your eyes peeled for news of the all-new 2019 Subaru Crosstrek Hybrid.

It's everything that you love about the new, second-generation Crosstrek, with an electric new spin on things.
