Our Employees Have the Giving Spirit by Feeding Families

Subaru Southpoint is proud to be a part of the  Hendrick Automotive Group for many reasons and one of those reasons is being a part of the Hendrick Cares philosophy focus: Employees, Customers, and Community.  One of their initiatives is The Spring Meal Drive 2018 that will provide 7,500 families in North & South Carolina with complete Easter Meals.  Our employees purchase items on the list below and the meal is completed with a ham and pie provided by Hendrick. The InterFaith Food Shuttle will collect our boxes and distribute them to local families.

Subaru Southpoint provides #HendrickCares bags to each employee so they may purchase the items and bring the bags back to be boxed.  We love it when such giving sparks friendly competition between our employees. This year it was between Finance Manager Jon Hilliard and Brand Ambassador Kim Smith to see who could collect the most bags.

We provided our team with pizza when they picked up their bags to show our appreciation of their giving spirit.

The community means so much to us and our growth is due to them, the least we can do is help to feed those in our community.  On April 3rd, we will move to our new Southpoint location, and our name will change from Performance Subaru to Hendrick Subaru Southpoint and we are so excited to continue and expand our community outreach.
